From back cover of folder: "Pamela Nottingham has here collected together 77 Bucks Point patterns, a selection which includes prickings from _The Technique of Bobbin Lace_ and _The Technique of Bucks Point Lace_, two of her extremely popular books. Many of the patterns have been repricked and additional corners added and some patterns are suitable for black lace. Two identical copies of the card prickings are available where necessary for making complete handkerchiefs or similar edgings, each piece long enough to facilitate working of a continuous length. There are five bookmarks, six new designs for clothes brushes and a selection of motifs, including designs suitable for mounts."

This has become a standard reference work for those learning bobbin lace, particularly the english laces.
