Ian O'Casey was the maker of Aisling hand-made papers, and the founder of Elmete Press, located at Scarthingwell Hall, Barkston Ash, near Tadcaster, Yorkshire, England. The press was active btween 1973 and 1978 at least, publishing at least five limited edition books on the book arts.
