Joanna McNamee has been working hard to prove she can make it as an event planner. She's currently working on a Christmas party for her father's company, and is waiting for her truck to arrive, it has all the party needs to be a success, and it's very late. It's been hijacked.
Deputy Ryker Kane is called into to investigate, and he's surprised when he meets Joanna again, as they haven't seen each other for ten years, and the investigation brings him back to a previous case he had been force to abandon.

This story was fantastic rollercoaster ride, with lots of thrills, suspense and intrigue. The chemistry between Joanna and Ryker was amazing, they seemed to know what the other needed, and was always there. I loved this book!… (mehr)
