Here's a book every yoga instructor and student should have. Yoga as a practice has so many benefits, but so many people don't even know where to start or what to attempt without fear of getting hurt. The book contains photos of the postures against the wall (I wish they were bigger) and detailed descriptions on how to get into each asana. Excellent.
