A native of Bronx, New York, Robert Pierce is an ordained minister and the founder of II Worlds Organizational Designs LLC. He has brought his unique brand of knowledge and expertise to Christian clergy leaders and organizations throughout the country.


Elder Robert Pierce has 20 years of experience in Organizational Development in the corporate and non-profit sectors.
