In modern society, many men carry suppressed psychological experiences from their upbringing into adulthood. Often these experiences manifest themselves as social anxiety, particularly with women. "Without Embarrassment" is a pathway for men, who have not had a normal upbringing, to improve relationships and romantic interactions with women.

This book is not PC, nor is it the kind of book one would want to be seen reading by friends or family. However it, and books like it, are an essential part of relationship literature.

The content is good, Pilinski doesn't hold anything back. Writing in a simple style, he explains how men can approach women on their own terms, and not be held hostage to their fears. Men who have had normal upbringings will read this and think it is all common sense. It is: for those who have had loving families, normal social exposure and positive male role models in the formative years. Otherwise it is a case of what is common sense for some, is not for all.
