Very solid overview of library/librarian ethics. If I have one complaint, it is that I wish on several issues she had done more than raise interesting questions; I was hoping to learn where she would draw the ethical/unethical line. Also, the case studies in the boxes were sometimes repeated at length in the main text, making for undue repetition. But these are mere quibbles to fill up all this blank white space. Highly recommended.
