Collection of essays on the problem of human rights and legal pluralism. Most authors are faculty at the same Canadian law school, so the range of viewpoints is not broad. Still, many of the contributions are of interest. The first part which addresses the broader philosophical perspectives will probably be of most value; the second, which looks at specific contexts (labor, housing) will be worthwhile only to those already active in those specialties.
