Nothing special. Merely an exploration of the various branches of Yoga. Hatha, bhakti, raja, jnana, asparsa. Understanding these various yoga's helps one place one's own practice and beliefs in the larger idea of religion. A study of religion in a broad sense. Hindu's have it all figured out and leave western religion seeming small. Great theology, and this book is well written, and organized, but the theme is handled as well in other books containing more info.
