Kat LOVES the 4th of July with all the fireworks, ice cream contests, and parades!

And this year she is hopeful to help the Mayor Little with all of the festivities.

But when Roman Rule steps in and wins the vote to help the Mayor, Kat decides she doesn't want anything to do with the 4th.

A visit to her favorite Gram's sets her priorities straight as Gram decides to take all of the kids on a field trip to Philadelphia and "America's most historic square mile."

Gram wants to teach them the true meaning behind the 4th of July, for it is more than just fireworks, parades and apple pie.

But things go amiss as they visit the museum....

With help from Liberty, (the statue of Liberty), and through a chain of events Kat is whisked back in time to 1776 where...
