Therea re no pictures, there is no nutritional infomration.
Each recipe does NOT start at the top of a page.
You should be able to substitute some ingredients for your dietary needs: low sodium, low sugar, low fat products.
End of the book stalks about differences between bullet and other diets.
Other works by the author are highlighted at the end. Not a lot of recipes in tis book.
