Vincent Romeo shares his upbringing and family life, both good and bad, with the entire world in his memoir. The story shows how close Italian families are and the struggles of immigrants in America. The recipes are an added bonus and they are wonderful, I tried a few.
This is a great story, an inspiring story, that if you work hard, not matter where you come from, you can live your dreams.
