This is another one of the CERA series that is normally on trolleys. I enjoyed reading this as it is 'almost' in my back yard and I rode the P&W many times. For almost 2 years I commuted back and forth on the P&W and always wondered what it would have been like to be able to go to Allentown on it. This is well written and not just the usual 'fact' narrative. The pictures are great. . . the author must have really been digging for these. The best person to read this is one who lives in the area and/or loves the history of interurbans. There are good maps and the 'out takes' on little facts or biographies are a nice addition. It may make to my wanting to read it again. We'll wait and see. Well done!!… (mehr)
