About the Author:

Dr. I.P. Sachdeva (M.A. and D. Phil, Allahabad University, India) did pioneering research on the "Integration of Personality" which elicited appreciation in India and abroad. During his extensive teaching-cum-research experience in psychology, Dr. Sachadeva published several papers and participated in several conferences on yoga.
