Takes an excellent approach to the problems faced by new college graduates, starting from the assumption that we are adjusting to a new psychological landscape, one that we're largely unprepared to navigate. The author is a postgrad in the field of psychology, so he writes from that standpoint, as though he were your therapist: defining the problems, showing that the problems are faced by many, providing possible explanations for why; then going about suggesting ways to deal with everything.
