Iceberg
A really pretty description of a iceberg's progression through the seasons and the Antarctic creatures it sees along the way.
This story talks about what happens in the life cycle of an iceberg and talks about the different seasons as well and what the iceberg experiences. From different animals to melting and refreezing. It's a very descriptive book for young kids. Ages 3-7
There Was an Old Sailor is a creative variation on the childhood "there was an old lady who swallowed a fly" rhyme that (surprisingly) hasn't been done before. Cassandra Allen's illustrations are excellent and fit the theme perfectly. It's definitely a picture book that both kids and parents can enjoy.
