This was a DNF for me. Although I enjoy reading thrillers, the abuse in this book was simply too much for me.

This book is one of the best bully romances I've ever read! If you are trying to decide if you want to buy it, then stop wondering and go immediately to get it! I promise you won't regret it.

"Bad apple" is a bully romance including dark themes. The heroine - Apple (i know, cheesy), receives a scholarship from an unknown person, and in return has to join the secret society of the elite Willow Heights Academy. But the people leading it - the Dolce brothers, try to ruin her life. Would she be able to survive?

Apple Harper - fuck, yes! Slay, Queen! One of the best female characters in the whole genre. You wish you have her balls. Feisty and strong, stubborn, and never giving up. What more do you want?

And Royal Dolce - the cruel king. I was searching for a broken boy, but I found a broken monster! I can't describe how much I love him. So evil and destroyed, making my blood boil and my heart break.

The chemistry - over the roof! The spice - not enough! And the writing - holy shit, Selena, you are a total goddess, so talented!

If I still haven't convinced you, your loss, because that book rocks!

I am really curious about who is the unknown number. I thought it was Royal, then Dynamo, but now I think it's Gloria. We'll see, I guess!

OMG, this series is only getting better and better!

And once again I loved it. The book was fantastic, the characters - still interesting, and the plot twist - exciting.

I've never been aroused and in pain in one single chapter, but here we are The chapter when he dub-coned her broke me and made me fucking hot!

I can't wait to read more about it.

Holly shit! We totally went into the pitch black territory with this one.

As always - amazing writing, intriguing plot and characters that you love to hate (or hate to love)!

It is a bit repetitive and lacks a bit of spice, but otherwise it's a great read!

Onto the next one!

PS: Baron is still my favourite one!

I can't believe I started reading this series and binged it in 9 days. But it was that good. And it's a hell of a roller coaster with these characters.

I know many people are disgusted by all the deeds in the books, and I confirm that the series can be very triggery, but it's what makes it so good.

The characters:

Harper Apple - one of the strongest female characters in the genre, this girl went through hell and back and continued fighting. At times, she seemed stupid and naïve, but her spirit was impressive.

Royal Dolce - the royal dick. Gee, you boy, need serious therapy. He was an interesting character, but not really my favourite in the series. However, I liked how desperate he was for Harper and how much he needed her, especially in the end.

Duke Dolce - I don't know why, but Duke has always given me puppy vibes. He is fucked up in the head, but also innocent in the way. I seriously think he is the most normal one of the Dolce boys. And I would love him to end up either with Magnolia or Olive (once they grow up). I think he needs one fiery girl and not the lame Mabel.

Baron Dolce - It says a lot about me that he is totally my favourite character. And If Royal needs therapy, this psycho needs to be locked up in an asylum. He was the most interesting in-depth character, so mysterious, cruel, and cold. I really want him to end up with Blue. And I can't wait to read his book.

Honorable mentions to Colt and Preston as well, cause I certainly enjoyed their characters as well.

The writing in the book was sucking you in. I got addicted, and I couldn't put the book down. The spice was hotter than Baron's cell in hell, and the romance was as empty as his soul. (JK, the romance was a top-level, but really slow burn).

I can't recommend this book enough, but attention THIS BOOK IS DEFINITELY NOT FOR PEOPLE WITH WEAK HEARTS!

I can't wait to read more

I have no words. Literally.

Halfway through the book I still haven't made up my mind who would I choose between the two hot brothers, who was the less fucked up one, but damn... They were both fine!

I loved everything about this book - the writing style, the tension, the spice, especially the sharing . The characters were interesting, and multi-leveled. The brothers were written perfectly, and Rae was adorable (although a bit too naïve) and I felt for her on a deeper level The bullying in the change room broke my heart, and all the abuse she endured added to my pain .

What I didn't enjoy that much was the ending, because him non-conning her, and the fucking her 2 more times, was a bit unrealistic, but besides that it was perfect.

I can't wait to read the next book with the next couple, even though I hate that bitch.

Overall, 4.75/5, highly recommend if you don't have any triggers and like dark romance!

Fantastic conclusion to this crazy series. To say it has been a tumultuous journey would be an understatement. There are triggers galore, a crazy feud, and so many mysteries. For much of this story I did not know who to trust. It kept me on my toes. However, it was a great ending to a couple that I hated just as fiercely as I have loved them.

I'm looking forward to Preston's story and also Duke and Barons duet (I can only imagine how insane this duet will be because both of these brothers are insane).
