It's very hard to come to a clear-cut decision about the nutritional value of many foods, as there is so much conflicting information available. This makes for an interesting read, although I can't bring myself to take it all as gospel (just like with anything else - I suppose I am just an extra-sceptical person!)

This edition of the book does need some revision, however. There were many strange typos, punctuation errors and persistent misuse of "less" and "fewer". Also, being recommended to "search the internet" for various terms made Senior's information and arguments even less convincing - not all the information that you find online is going to be from a reliable source, for one. And if that's how she researched for this book, then, well...… (mehr)
