This is the story of Swan Lake- or at least the Barbie version, which is probably tamer than the original and doesn't have ballet in the book (but it still goes in the ballet category because it's the story of a ballet). Anyway, we've got Odette turned into a swan battling evil Rothbart while trying to win the prince's love. The prince, meanwhile, is being tricked by Odile, who the prince thinks is his beloved. In this version (I don't remember what happens at the end of the ballet), even though the prince messed up and pledged his love to Odile, everything turns out perfectly in the end- Rothbart defeated, Odette and the prince together, etc.… (mehr)
