Stephanie Thatcher

Stephanie Thatcher is a New Zealand writer and illustrator. She has worked as a librarian and has a Bachelor of Visual Arts from Auckland University of Technology. She has also worked as a graphic designer in Auckland and Dublin. Little Hoiho is her title about a yellow-eyed penguin chick, only a mehr anzeigen few months old. On leaving the nest for the very first time Little Hoiho saw Kotuku who had long legs. Little Hoiho wished she had legs. As she went on Little Hoiho saw Toroa who has big wings. Again she wished she had wings as big as Toroa, but of course she didn't. When Little Hoiho decides to go back to her nest she slips, and to her astonishment discovers she has talents nobody else has.
