Made me hungry. Went out and bought cake mix and pie filling...
nonfic/cooking. I picked this up looking for easy recipes I could do with the teens in the microwave, but most of these call for 2 Tbs of egg (such as the carton variety). I think we could've used 1/2 an egg per each mug (having the teens pair off to make double recipes together, then parceling out into 2 mugs) but I was also looking for some more vegan/allergy-free options (just 'cuz you never know what people need to eat).
The book also relies on self-rising flour (which you can mix yourself ahead of time per the given instructions) but I didn't know that I wanted to go through that extra step.… (mehr)
