I received a free review copy of this book from the author. The book is really easy to read, and after trying the examples in the book for the last 2 days, I can say that they actually help.

I received a free review copy of this book from the author and recommend it as a good starting point for mental health self-help. The author, Remo Uherek, outlines 3 areas for significant improvement to depression and anxiety, starting with recognizing how you feel, and ending with practical steps to take to feel better. It was a quick, informative read that could have been developed even further to become a full-fledged self-help book. However, this was a very short read of only about 15 minutes; there were no chapters, only sections. I felt that it could have been broken up a little bit to give the reader time to further ponder the suggested applications before moving ahead. I did find it comforting and interesting to consider how everyone seems hard-wired to default to do tasks such as cleaning or exercise to chase away bad moods/depression/anxiety and the fact that they DO work!… (mehr)
