The book assumes you already know everything there is to know about gardening in New York, and are just purchasing it in case you're hit on the head and need to remind yourself. There's precious little explanation about what makes gardening in New York different than gardening elsewhere. Come to think of it, there's NOTHING. The information about what to do when is spotty--a lot gets left out. The prose parts that ought to contain information to supplement the timing charts is florid but uninformative.… (mehr)
