This was an amazing way to kick off a series - and I can't wait to see where it goes next. Magic, danger, second chances, and messy romance - this has it all. The MCs are amazing, unique, and you can't help but fall in love with Rus and Az as soon as you meet them. (Seriously, I love them, I would love to be friends with them). The other characters are so diverse, but all feel very real, even the ones who fall solidly into the fantasy category. I loved feeling the setting and story wrap around me, taking me out of the real world and into a magical one. Highly recommend, a great fantasy with a touch of romance.… (mehr)
