If you are involved with volunteer organizations, many of the issues that pop up in this book are familiar to you. I'm just glad I'm not involved with a group that has to deal with two states for funding support. It's clear that trying to mix profit with non-profit in one organization is a challenge to put it mildly. The writing style if factual and some material gets repeated from paragraph to paragraph so possibly some better editing might have helped this.
