Oof. The writing was repetitive and crude. All this could be made up for by a story that was engaging or thought-provoking or just plain good. Sadly, none of these were the case. I thought that the stories were a good try, but they often lacked detail or description. They would make a statement and then end with a simple thought. While this may be how I write my journals, I don't relish reading this in other people's writings. I wanted to be shown things, not told them. I wanted to make my own conclusions and thoughts rather than be told what to think from a passage. And, if you're going to tell me what to think, then please give me some good reason to think that and walk me through an interesting thought process. Would not recommend.… (mehr)
