This was an entertaining and rather frightening read, as it seemed quite plausible and real. This is a kind of book that I tend to like, and it is well done. The characters were believable, and their emotions seemed real. Kudos to the author.

If you are a military fiction buff, then this book is for you. While I did not connect with the military characters, they were well formed and very human. I believed the characters and their emotions. I felt for them as they suffered the cold from a power outage.
The author painted a realistic picture of a dark future. I think the climate today, the idea of a terrorist attack like this is frighteningly real. It made me think that I need to start planning. It also gave a good view of both sides. I highly recommend this to anyone who is into captivating war novels.… (mehr)
