Dated (1977), but invaluable reference book which I still use, time and again. Cliff Richard is a notable omission, and the genres can be as diverse as soul, reggae and folk; but still the best book of its kind with regard to personnel changes, cross references and pop trivia. A must, if you are lucky enough to find a copy.
