My Million-Mile Journey by Patsy Wurster is the author’s story of her abuse and abandonment as a child to the joyous Christ filled life she has today. She currently lives near Colorado Springs and attends Black Forest Lutheran Church. Originally she wrote the book for her family since it was difficult for her to talk about her past. Just because she is a Christian today does not mean that she has no problems any more, just that she relies on her savior to be with her in good times as well as bad.
