Sixteen Essential Principles

This Tai Chi guide is totally remarkable. I felt like I was being taught this wonderful and precious art form in a whole new way. There are great and helpful pictures throughout this 113 page instruction manual. I love Huan's teaching and writing style, it is so laid back and direct at the same time.
My favorite is the section called "smooth your scrambled eggs" where it talks about the timing of Tai Chi. I have got a lot out of videos that show the different postures, but by reading this I can see Tai Chi in a whole new light. The author's love for his subject shines through everywhere, and I feel like I learned a lot when it comes to the principals of the ancient and beautiful art. I would recommend this enlightening how-to for anyone who sees the awe and majesty in Tai Chi. Thanks Huan.
