Tina R Allen is a mindset champion who’s own mindset changes helped her lose nearly a hundred pounds and develop a new relationship with food and fitness. Tina writes about mindset, and health and uses her experience as a teacher, a social worker, mother of six and grandma of 13 to help others mentally and physically get where they want to be. Tina lives in Utah where she writes, teaches and runs a Body and Mindset coaching program with her daughter, and coauthor, Shaelee Phillips.
