I'm still trying to figure the site out, but I'm guessing this is where I'd put my genre preferences.

I'll read almost anything if it hold my attention, but I'm particularly partial to historical fiction, fantasy, suspense, young adult stories and coming of age tales. Humor, satire, and sarcasm are always fun to read as well. I'm also happy to delve into nonfiction if it involves a topic that interests me such aspolitics, technology, history (specifically European history, WWII, Middle Eastern affairs, etc.).

I'm new to the site, but not to the reading scene. I'm a student who was once an avid reader but for the past year or two, I've been slacking off. I'm hoping this site will restore my passion for reading and provide me with something other than textbooks to satisfy my literary appetite.
