- Deepak Menon is a 2013 Readers Favorite International Award Contest winning author with 6 Published starred books in different genres from Tales and Fables (Tales of the Booga Dooga Land - 1 Pickwick's Plan. 2, The Wormus. 3 The Horus.) to Poetry (1. All Pure - Poems of Passion - a tribute to Omar Khayyam 2. What Worth My Tomorrows.) and "Skymerge" which is an Epic 335 Page Science Fiction novel of Interstellar Travel and Adventure spanning 5 planets. All his books have received many 5 star customers reviews as well as Readers Favorite reviews - latest being Skymerge which is now a Readers Favorite 5 Star Novel.
Born in the picturesque city of Dehradun, in the beautiful Doon Valley, near the "Queen of the Hills", Mussoorie, Deepak Menon married an officer in the same bank he worked in, both rose to the rank of Assistant General Managers and have two fine children - a son Samir completing Phd from Stanford CA, and his daughter Serena,a journalist in one of India's largest English dailies, The Hindustan Times.
Deepak Menon left his senior officers job in India's largest Commercial Bank to write books and has written and got published 6 Books world wide, with one of his books (Pickwick's Plan) translated and published in Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. - Ort
