Several hundred books on my shelves and a couple hundred on my new Kindle. I will post them here as I get time.

I grew up and spent the first half of my life in the Colorado mountains. I now split my time between the US and Southeast Asia - mainly Tennessee and Vietnam.

I was an RN for over 20 years - psych, neuro, forensic, emergency and management (yuk!). Now, I am semi-retired. My wife and I travel extensively and write freelance travel articles to make ends meet. She writes the copy and I edit, research and polish as well as providing the photos. We publish under her name. I would rather stay in the background and be "the shadow behind the throne."

I am a voracious reader. I average a couple thousand pages a week in addition to all that I read on the internet. My first love is science fiction though my tastes are broad and eclectic. I don't have much use for vampires, lawyers, romances or "airport books."
