Very eclectic; mostly filled with books about women's lives outside of the United States (or, women who move from another place and how they adjust to the United States). Also interested in some spiritual (in the broad sense) titles. Mostly fiction; but trying to expand into non-fiction titles. Currently on a quest to find the English translation of "Manuelzao e Miguilim" by João Guimarães Rosa...

I'm a biblio-/luso-phile. Currently I am employed as a research librarian at a university in Atlanta; When I'm not writing and studying librarian/teaching dynamics and how international students use research libraries, I'm traveling, reading, and learning languages - currently I'm immersed in Brazilian language and culture; and gender and language studies is also a hobby (?) of mine.
