Recently, I've been trying to stem the urge to buy every book I want to read and making use of the public library instead. Is it cheating to list a book here if I don't actually keep it on my shelf?

I'm a graduate student who would rather read good fiction than work on her dissertation...perhaps I should've written a dissertation *about* fiction.
