Walnut Creek Reads 2007
Join fellow community members this summer and read Wallace Stegner’s All the Little Live Things, the 2007 book selection for One City, One Book: Walnut Creek Reads. Set in 1967 and the “summer of love,” All the Little Live Things is the story of Joe Allston who moves to the Santa Cruz Mountains with his wife expecting idyllic bliss only to discover their new world is no Eden. One City, One Book 2007 launches just in time for summer vacation reading. Community-wide activities and special events, slated for September and October, include an opening event, book discussions, exhibits, speakers, and community celebrations.
