How would Considine know about the murder of Tully?

He blamed Trevor but Trevor said he didn't tell him. Considine stole Tully's letters maybe somehow he knew that Tully was going to meet Chris' dad from the letters. Very confusing!

I thought Emma must have told him, therefore this confirmed for me Emma was working with Considine, although still didn't know who Emma was.
