Will Sparks and Erika work well together?

Nope. Both have chips on their shoulders for different reasons. They might be able to reach some sort of civility at some point, but not work as a team.

I think they will be at odds for most of the case. Even if Erika can prove that she's the better choice for the job and the rest of the squad accepts her, sparks will still resent that he was removed as lead on a high profile case. I wonder if he will actually try to sabotage her though...he may be more ethical than that
