She could well be, but I don't know for certain.

I think her "death" was either murder or she ran away and is still alive. Don't know enough yet to decide which.

I think she may still be alive. If not then someone found her body and took the necklace.

I thought previously that she may be alive, having run away from Hendon by faking her death
