Had you expected L’Enfant to still be Alive? Can Juan trust him?

I thought he was still alive...he was in a way Kenin's "bargaining chip". Juan can trust him to a degree but then Juan had always only trusted him just so far.

Yes, I thought L'Enfant would still be alive. I think he can be trusted (as long as Juan takes his usual, no doubt stringent, precautions), because L'Enfant still has an empire to run and a living to make - he isn't going to last long in his line of business if it turns out he has become nothing but Kenin's puppet.

I had forgotten all about him, but once the nurse was mentioned I thought it was L'Enfant. I think he can probably be trusted. He is pretty sure Juan could hurt him even more than Kenin.

I was expecting him to be dead, didn’t think Kenin would let him live and not sure why he did! I think he can be trusted providing he is kept on a short leash and careful what he is told.
