yes. Kenin found it in storage of old Cold War items. That suggests to me that the information/technology is still in the Russian's systems. By providing it to the US, they will be better able to defend against countries using weapons with the technology

No single country should own all that technology. Pass it on.

No. Get rid of it all - trace all evidence of its existence from pen and paper through to computerised info and destroy that too. Humans have enough technology already to annihilate themselves and this poor planet, several times over.
