From 'Home', click 'Charts & graphs' then either on the left menu click ,Books' 'Measurements', or click 'see more' on the 'How tall is your bookstack' graph. Then wait 5-10 seconds!

Settings>Your books>Other settings> I don't want this feature.

82 al.vick: For 8, If you are in the right place, I think you need to make sure you are looking at all books, and not just one of your collections

99 nealfig: #8 "Of size and scope and measurement" points to the page which has statistics about your library (its size, etc.), accessible from a menu on the Home page.
