I've gone to the author page but nada. And I do know who it is as they (and this poem) are a favorite of mine. Tried refreshing but no luck.

I'm giving up. I know who the person is. I've been to the author page at least a dozen times. I've been to tags. I've been to common knowledge. I've been to every link. It. does. not. come. up.

Are you sure you're on the correct author page? Here is a direct link. The jack-o-lantern banner pops up every time I land on the page, and every time I refresh.
