Which edition should I get? I know quite a few of them but which one is really worth acquiring? I am more interested in the older ones...

I would go for the Castle Hill press version, unless your budget stretches to one of the historic originals?

The first trade edition is very affordable and has a lot of the illustrations from the legendary Subscribers Edition in black and white.
