Why do you think Mrs Saifre was giving information to Tony? Any thoughts on the shock between their fingers when passing over the drinks?

It is not out of helpfulness, that I am sure of, it's self serving.
The shock passing between them I can only account it being some perverse sexually attraction Tony feels around her, which is beyond my comprehension.

I think Mrs. Saifre was using her powers on Tony to get his attention but he was on guard against her and quickly got a hold of himself.

I’ve no idea why she’s feeding McLean information - not for the police’s benefit, that’s for certain.
I thought the shock was possibly to do with her being evil and him being ‘good’, a sort of electrostatic discharge, but with supernatural causes.
