- A comfortable and welcoming community library, priding itself on excellent customer service, Gladstone Library staff work to build relationships with our patrons not just complete transactions. Though small in square footage, the Gladstone Library as a member of the Libraries In Clackamas County (LINCC) cooperative, we are able to offer our patrons access to over a million items through the cooperative online catalog. The City of Gladstone plans to soon expand, merging with the County Oak Lodge Library, and creating a new building that will serve us all well.
