- This is the first in my neighborhood. But from the response I think there will be more. The library had been open only 3 days when I saw 3 books that had been left that I thought I'd enjoy....when I went back later they were gone! Proves to me that it's being used. Many kinds of books...mysteries, cook books, children's books, gardening books, novels, classics have been left. Every one has been respectful.
