Most of the poems were about adult cats. The poems in the beginning where about kittens and there is one poem at the end about an older cat. I really like how it almost went to the lifecycle of a cat. The illustrations Match with what a cat sees which is black-and-white. This is an older book but they still had color they get that into the illustrations. They seem to be hand drawn which makes them look even more amazing. The authors used very descriptive language that really gets the reader to understand cars better and what they like to do. ( ) The author has collected poems that give insight into the world of a cat. Apparently a favored animal, we are first introduced to the young and mischievous kitten, and later to the bird watcher. The poems describe cats in different places, poses, experiencing weather, and even the process of giving a cat a name. I personally only enjoyed a few of the poems. If a class had a lesson related to animals, felines, or domestic pets, this book of poems could be useful. Zeige 4 von 4 keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
