Their book shares stories from their experience of serving in the military. They offer biblical advice for combating the top stressors of warriors and their families. Included are prayers, thought provoking questions and issue related websites. If you need encouragements, support and inspirational than this book is for your bookshelves.
Life is full of surprises and transitions and being a military family is very difficult. This book covers so many wonderful stories of how some started their career in the military and where that led for their families. Some had to drop out, some finished the full term, and all of them learned lessons to share with all of us to inspire us to “never give up.”

NCLA Review - This truly amazing and inspirational book is a must read for everyone, whether they have ever been a part of the military or not. The Monettis relate the lessons they have learned in over twenty years of military life. These lessons are chronicled through the marital trials and challenges that the authors share of their personal experiences. The book is divided into five parts dealing with fear, transition, loneliness and grief, avoiding destructive behavior and communication. Each chapter begins with a Bible verse and ends with practical resources for the reader. Their personal stories include practical advice, prayers, and thought-provoking questions that demonstrate how God will give you the strength to face life’s challenges.
